How the calculation works
Occupancy = booked nights / available nights × 100. Average rate = revenue / booked nights. Revenue per available night = revenue / available nights.
A practical example
21 booked nights out of 30 with 2100 in room revenue give 70% occupancy, an average rate of 100 and revenue per available night of 70.

Use the same period and inventory for every input. Enter accommodation revenue without VAT or extras. These metrics do not automatically deduct platform fees.
